Whether you are a contractor, installer, reseller, AV company, musician, pro audio company or a DJ, Wholesale Audio Accessories offers its product range at prices 25% less than wholesale.

Why are the products offered on the website so cheap? Are they of lesser quality?

A:

As a customer of Wholesaleaudioaccessories.com you are able to take advantage of bulk purchasing power to save money on your project. Most of the products offered on the site are directly imported from the manufacturer and are very similar, if not the same, as many of the name brand products on the market. What you are not paying for is marketing, sales reps and large overheads that tend to drive prices up. Before an item is listed on the website it is inspected for quality before it is listed for sale.

 Why do I have to buy so darn many plugs when I only need a few?
A:

As part of the Wholeaudioaccessories.com business model we package items we buy in bulk and pass the saving onto you. In order for our business model to work we must sell you connectors in minimum bulk quantities. If you only need two plugs there are other websites or local stores that will be better able to serve you.

 Yes in order to serve you properly there is a $25 minimum.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders usually ship within 3 days. If there is a problem you will be notified by email.

 How and when will I be notified of my shipment?
A:
 You will see an email from a company like Fed-Ex or USPS informing you of your shipment.

What if I get a defective product or am unhappy with the product you sold me? What is your return policy?

A:

The return policy is very basic. If you receive a defective product or are unhappy with the quality of a product please email me: Customerservice@wholesaleaudioaccessories.com . The customer is #1 in my book and all efforts will be made to get you, the customer, happy.

 We here at Wholesaleaudioaccessories.com HATE SPAM! In order to cut down on the spam in your inbox here is what we do: 1. We do not sell your valuable email address to marketing companies. 2. We do not install tracking software (spyware) on your computer to track what other websites you look at. 3. We do not post ad banners on our site that enable others to send you spam. 4. All email addresses are kept private here at Wholesaleaudioaccessories.com. 5. From time to time you will see an email for our company that will inform you of new products added to the website. We will not bombard you with useless email.

Wh: In order to ship your order quickly we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal. To prevent identity theft and credit card fraud. We are going to ask for your CVP code on the the back of your credit card. We would also like your phone number. If an order looks suspicious to us we will more than likely call you and/or , your credit card company to verify the validity of your order. Once again, this is for your protection. at forms of payment do you take? How secure are my orders?

 In order to cut down on identity theft and credit card fraud we are currently shipping to the following locations. United States , Canada , Puerto Rico , and Military APO's.
